Operator and scope
Epic HR is operated by Epic HR, LLC, 4295 E Jurupa St, Ontario, CA 91761, United States. These terms cover use of our online store and purchases of digital HR and recruiting resources by customers in the United States. Contact: gtallerico1@gmail.com or (310) 919-6653.

Orders and payment
Provide accurate checkout and contact information and ensure you are authorized to make the purchase. Prices are stated in USD. Applicable taxes and any valid discounts are shown at checkout before payment. Review the listing for the exact contents, file formats, and required software before ordering.

Digital delivery
We sell digital products only. Files or download access are delivered electronically to the checkout email within 24 hours of confirmed payment. No physical item is shipped. For missing, incorrect, or damaged files, email your order number to gtallerico1@gmail.com so we can resend the correct files or restore access.

License and permitted use
Purchase grants a non-exclusive right to use the purchased materials for personal or commercial business purposes. You may adapt materials for your own work. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly share, or redistribute the original files, modified source files, or download links. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the source materials.

Cancellations and refunds
We do not offer discretionary cancellations before delivery or change-of-mind returns or refunds after delivery. Our standard remedy for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered files is replacement or redelivery without additional charge. These terms do not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. See our Return and Refund Policy.

HR resources
Materials provide general information and organizational tools, not individualized legal advice or a guarantee of compliance, employment, hiring results, or business performance. Review and adapt materials for the relevant role, workplace, and laws. Do not use them to discriminate unlawfully.

Privacy and acceptable use
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, infringe others’ rights, or submit confidential employee or applicant records through customer support.

Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by applicable California and United States law, subject to mandatory protections available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights, legally required warranties, or remedies.

Updates
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to completed purchases. Contact us with any question or concern.
