Digital Delivery Policy

Epic HR, LLC sells digital products only to customers in the United States. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery
Your files or download access will be sent electronically to the email address supplied at checkout within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Please check your inbox and spam folder and ensure your email address is correct.

Delivery problems
If a file is damaged, incorrect, or has not arrived within 24 hours, contact gtallerico1@gmail.com with your order number. We will resend the correct files or restore download access at no additional charge. You do not need to mail anything back.

Use of files
Commercial use is permitted. Resale or redistribution of the original files, modified source files, or download links is prohibited. Any product-specific file formats and software requirements are stated on the product page.

Cancellations and returns
We do not offer discretionary cancellations before delivery or change-of-mind refunds after delivery. For defective, incorrect, or undelivered files, we provide replacement or redelivery. Nothing in this policy limits remedies or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
